Lynda is a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
She has trans-sectoral working experience in different roles in various industries and currently serves on boards of various firms, but with an exclusive focus on the logistics and supply chain industry for the last 20 years.
She is the founder of Lynbrok Company Limited and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. As a business owner, she establishes the strategic direction of the company, to ensure the consistency of innovative actions to fulfil the vision and objectives of the organisation. She has an excellent human capital building skills in developing employees into capable experts in their roles.
The growth and development of Lynbrok Limited over the years is evidence of her strategic business leadership, her execution of innovative business ideas and result oriented approach to leadership.
She holds a BA Supply Chain Management, (GIMPA), MBA (Lancaster University, UK). She holds membership of several professional bodies to include Chartered Member of Logistics and Transport (CILT), Executive Women Network (EWN), Chairperson of Women In Logistics and Transport (WILAT Ghana).
Her passion for excellence and the firm belief in a result-oriented approach to tasks, she has been very instrumental to the establishment of Lynbrok Company Limited as a household name in the provision of tailor-made and holistic logistics services; this consequently led to her induction as a Baroness in the storage and logistics sector in March 2021 by the Business Executive, followed by the awarding of an honorary Doctor degree by the Maverick Business Academy, London in May 2022. Lynda is an active member of ICGC – Zoe Temple, Tema Comm.5 and the current Board Chairperson for Central Aid.
