How it all Started

Central Aid was inaugurated in
December 1988 by Rev. Dr. Mensa
Otabil as an agency of the church
to offer financial assistance to
brilliant but needy Ghanaians for
their secondary, technical and
vocational education.

The establishment of the
Foundation was very timely, for it
set the tone for the church to have
a structured approach to its social
